FROM
RADIO TO TV...
The Olympic
Media Unit offers audio outside broadcast and TV recording technology,
exclusively for the Olympic Group. The ultimate aim is to capture interviews
and on-site activities as they happen. Our recent exploits include
investigations into paranormal occurrences outside of South West England.
We team up on occasions with COTC
Paranormal Investigations from
West Sussex, for some in-depth explorations in other areas of the UK. |

ROUGHTOR
Bodmin Moor, Cornwall
The
last visit to this evocative tor on Bodmin Moor took place on June 23,
2006. Strange fires, mysterious cloaked and hooded figures, bell
sounds and hearts have all been experienced during past visits. To
this day we are no closer to solving the mystery and the reasons why these
activities take place. |

CLAPHAM WOOD
South Downs, West Sussex
We have returned twice to
Clapham Wood, both times accompanied by the COTC group. Located
on the South Downs near Worthing, Clapham Wood cannot fail to leave anyone
unmoved by it's eerie existence. Several parts of the wood are
totally silent - even in broad daylight - no animals, no rustling of
branches etc. Our first visit was well documented and was available
via a special 160 minute radio show. |

PENGERSICK
CASTLE
Praa Sands, Nr Penzance, Cornwall
The
second visit to this eerie castle, hidden away in West Cornwall took place
during June 2003. The castle does have a lot of history of passion, jealousy
and murder, so it's not surprising that the castle and its grounds are
haunted. The first visit in 2002 produced some interesting
finds. |

WOODCHESTER
MANSION
Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
Woodchester
Mansion is a 19th century masterpiece of a building deserted during
construction. It's located in a secluded Cotswold Valley and
completely untouched by the modern world. One day in 1868, after 16
years of building the workers stopped and walked out, leaving many of the
27 rooms unfinished. The mansion is said to be home to a headless
horse and a floating coffin. |

HANBURY
Nr Droitwich, Worcestershire
Hanbury, near Birmingham is
well documented for strange activity, whether paranormal or
otherwise. We returned to this area during February 2003
for a continuing insight into the Church, known as Aruns Tower (see image
opposite), together with a road nearby, where strange lights were noted
during our previous visit. |

PEVENSEY
CASTLE
Hastings - East Sussex
Pevensey
Castle lies in the small village of Pevensey, close to the more well known
town of Hastings. Ghostly armies have been seen and heard below the castle
walls, together with a phantom female gliding the parapets. A dark
dungeon also exists where many have felt nauseous. |

THE
MUG HOUSE
Claines, Worcestershire
The
Mug House is an old-fashioned style pub, and the present owners have
resisted the temptation to modernise the pub with fruit machines and
music, concentrating instead on quality beer! It dates back to the
15th century and was a popular watering hole to visitors of the
neighbouring church back in the early years. It is claimed that this
intriguing building is haunted by one of the most known and feared ghostly
presences - a presence that may move, throw or even manipulate objects - a
presence that is commonly known as a Poltergeist.
